Agricultural Estate Portfolio Lead
You will lead on the strategic management of Agricultural and Strategic Land Portfolio comprising over 375 assets including agricultural assets held under FBTs, AHAs and a range of licences and commercial tenancies, strategic land parcels and other rural properties such as woodlands. This is a senior role supporting Principle Asset Manager and Head of Asset Management. You will be expected to work independently and be a self-starter in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for managing external consultancy and property management contracts in relation to the Agricultural Portfolio including commissioning work, budget management and setting and monitoring KPIs This is an interesting and varied role with considerable opportunity to develop your career in property and asset management alongside a broad ranging and challenging portfolio. On commencement of the role you will be based in the office/on site a minimum of 2 days a week. Working hours are flexible within core hours.
