We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a child or children with additional needs as part of our amazing team.

Salary: Bucks Pay Range 2: 11-15, Actual salary £19,255-£20,884 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, term time only, 8.30 am-3.30 pm (½ hour lunch break)

About the role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you would:
- Be the 1:1 support for a child with an Education Health and Care Plan
- Work closely with the class teacher, other TAs and the SENDCo to support a child to meet their individual targets and make progress
- Enable a child with SEN to gain independence skills
- Participate fully in all aspects of the school routine, eating lunch with the children, supporting children’s social skills at playtime, joining in with activities such as PE and music
- Develop positive professional partnerships with parents
- Work closely with professionals from other agencies
