About you

The successful candidate will be an experienced and accurate administrator, an excellent communicator and someone who enjoys working with young people, bringing creativity and warmth to the role.

A core part of the job is organizing a weekly programme of careers-related lunchtime events presented by visiting alumnae for our students, and so events organization and the ability to build relationships quickly with students and external stakeholders is essential.

The role includes supervising our lovely Sixth Form students as they study one morning per week (8.30am – 11am; a day of your choice. Later start on other 2 days fine), providing an opportunity to support them and receive feedback and ideas for the Connections Programme.
