About the role

Following our recent 'Good' Ofsted inspection, the staff here are excited for the ambitious plans we have over the coming years. We are committed to continually improving the school, based on educational research and cognitive science. We are at the beginning of this journey and this role holds much scope for any candidate who has an understanding of, or is keen to learn more about, Rosenshine's Principles in Action.

In this rewarding role, you'll support pupils' social and emotional development as a trainee or qualified eLSA, and run targeted 1:1 and small group sessions for children with SEMH needs. You'll also play a key role in supporting families by working closely with Bucks Adult Learning and helping to improve school attendance for identified children and families. In addition, you will lead three fun, inclusive after-school clubs each week, catering to a range of ages and interests.

Please note that this post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks as our school community is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care.
