Site Assistant - Chiltern Way Academy Trust

Overview

We wish to appoint a Site Assistant to work as part of our Facilities team across our 4 Bucks campuses in Aylesbury, Prestwood, Stoke Poges and Wendover.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and pro-active, someone who will help provide a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for our students and our staff.  This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, a role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work at all of our sites in Buckinghamshire so flexibility and a driving licence are essential.

Salary : Bucks Pay Range 3 £29,114 - £31,230

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Closing date: 18 June 2026
