Overview

We are looking for a new member of staff to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to undertake this varied and rewarding role which combines: administrative responsibilities, welcoming and dealing with visitors, external professionals, children and parents face to face, via email and on the phone, offer basic first aid support, promote the school's safeguarding policies and much more.

Term time only: Yes

Salary type: Bucks Pay

Salary Details: Range 3 (£29,114- £31,230 pro rata)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the school office
  • Handling pupil records including attendance
  • Supporting staff, parents and pupils
  • Maintaining accurate data using the MIS system (SIMS)
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with the accounts team as required
  • Manage Health & Safety records and reporting as required
  • Undertake relevant First Aid Training

  • Approachable and calm under pressure
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills and data entry experience
  • An ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
