Our leadership structure is strong and cohesive, led by an Executive Headteacher working across both schools, alongside a dedicated Head of School in both the Infant and Junior phases.

We are proud of our core values of Kindness, Respect and Honesty, which underpin a relational approach at the heart of everything we do. Our pupils are polite, well-mannered and enthusiastic learners who thrive on the wide range of opportunities provided through our curriculum.

Our school community is built on a strong sense of teamwork, with staff collaborating effectively to ensure the best outcomes for our children. We are also fortunate to enjoy the continued support of our parents, carers and governors, who play a vital role in the life of the school.

The school benefits from an 8 place ARP for autistic pupils and as a school we are passionate about inclusion and relational practice. Our vision is for Carrington Infant School and Carrington Junior School to work in partnership to develop happy resilient children with the knowledge, skills and self belief to excel.
