As our school continues to grow, our staff team needs to expand to. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our small and friendly team. This is an opportunity to play an important role in our village primary school.
This is a fixed term contract for one school year starting in September 2026.

About the role
We are looking to appoint and enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant. You will be a key member of our staff team.
The role will be 8.30am - 3.15pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only. It may be possible for the role to be a job share.

About you
Key to the role will be:
- A friendly, positive, pro-active team member, with good interpersonal skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to positively contribute to, and implement activities and play
- Communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff
- Ability to remain calm
- Lead by example, modelling the school's values
We are looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for working in education, ideally qualified to Level 3, but candidates without this qualification will be considered.
