About the role

About you
The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional leadership and management of a Key Stage in order to secure high quality pastoral care, behaviour management, and attendance in securing good achievement for all students.
The successful candidate will also be expected to teach within their subject specialist area across all Key Stages.
You will have the energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility to work with a highly dedicated team pastoral team or Year Leaders and form tutors and work in partnership with the other Key Stage Leader and the Deputy Headteacher Pastoral.
