Following a restructure of our Admin Team, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an administrative professional to join our team and experience life in a small school, where no two days are the same.

We are looking for a enthusiastic and dedicated Office Manager to join our team at Twyford C of E School. This is a rare opportunity to join our school and contribute to its successful management.

Term time only: Yes

Required: From September 2026

Salary type: Bucks Pay

Salary Details: Bucks Pay Grade 3, £29114 FTE

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Part-time, part-time, 30 hours each week (4 full days), 8.30am - 4.00pm

Closing date: 01/06/2026

About you

Key to the role will be:

  • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with all stakeholders
  • Manage the administrative and organisational processes
  • Support pupils and colleagues within and beyond the classroom to ensure the smooth running of all systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
