Caretaker (including Lettings Duties) - The Cottesloe School

Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Caretaker to join our busy Site Team working across multiple school sites as required, with responsibility for security, maintenance, cleaning, health and safety, porterage and administrative duties including computer use.

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 2 (from Point 11 £26,522 per annum to Point 15 £28,742 per annum.
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (shift pattern 5 days over 7, rota-based including weekends and evenings to cover school events and external lettings), 22 days leave rising to 25 days after 5 years plus bank holidays.

About the role
Working collaboratively as a member of the Site Team, duties include responsibility for facilitating lettings with support from the Lettings Officer in line with the school's lettings policy.
It is an essential requirement that you hold a B1 manual driving licence to drive the school minibus.

About you
The ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends to cover lettings is essential.
Hands on experience of all the following areas would be an advantage: plumbing, decorating, carpentry, basic electrics.
