Hazlemere Church of England School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher. We welcome applications from strong teachers with either experience of Senior Leadership or who are aspiring to Senior Leadership, to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team.

About the role
This is a full-time Assistant Headteacher position. There will be a 0.5 teaching commitment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Driving high-quality teaching and learning across the school, underpinned by evidence-informed practice
- Leading and developing whole-school systems, including assessment, behaviour and pastoral support
- Supporting the strategic leadership of safeguarding as a Deputy DSL
- Ensuring all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils, achieve well from their starting points
- Monitoring and evaluating pupil outcomes, using data to inform school improvement
- Contributing to the day-to-day leadership and organisation of the school
