Judged to be a Good School by Ofsted in April 2024, we are a mixed, non-selective 11-18 Foundation secondary school situated in the market town of Aylesbury and ten minutes from the Chiltern Hills – an area of outstanding natural beauty. About the role

We are looking for a SENDCo to work at The Grange School. We have two SENDCo’s overseeing one half of the school each. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a highly experienced SEN department and work closely with our Assistant Headteacher and current SENDCo.

About you

We are looking for someone who will champion the needs of students with SEN, ensuring they have the right support, resources, and opportunities to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an excellent teacher and have evidence of significant impact for students with special educational needs.

You will have the energy, enthusiasm and flexibility to work with a support a highly dedicated team of LSA’s.
