About us
Oakridge School is a 2-form entry primary school in the heart of High Wycombe. We take children from ages 2-11 years old. We can offer you truly wonderful families who respect and work together with the school as well as a committed and passionate staff.
Inclusion at Oakridge sits at the heart of our core purpose: to enhance the life chances of all our children. Our approach to Inclusion is deliberately graduated and rooted in the belief that every child can succeed.
Our starting point is always high quality first teaching, ensuring that all pupils experience well structured, adaptive lessons that meet their needs. Where additional support is required, pupils receive targeted academic and/or pastoral intervention informed by robust assessment and ongoing monitoring of progress.
Inclusion is not the responsibility of one team but a whole school commitment summed up in our vision of 'To enhance the Life Chances of all our Pupils.'
