Overview

We are seeking to recruit one or more enthusiastic and reliable Ad Hoc Cover Supervisors to join our school team. This important role plays a key part in ensuring continuity and stability for our students during periods of short-term teacher absence. By stepping in to deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a focused classroom environment, Cover Supervisors also help reduce the workload on our teaching staff. The girls in our school are hardworking, polite, respectful and very rewarding to work with.

Salary: Hourly Rate of £16.48

Contract: Casual

Hours: No set or guaranteed number of hours

About the role

The role involves taking sole responsibility for a class of students, managing behaviour, and supporting learning in line with the school's policies.

About you

The successful candidates will have experience of working in a school setting—perhaps as a teaching assistant, cover supervisor, coach, teacher, or in a similar capacity. Strong communication skills, confidence in managing a classroom, and a professional, adaptable approach are essential.

Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by a friendly and experienced team.
