We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part‑time Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join our team from June 2026.
This is a maternity cover position for one year, working as part of a job share for three days per week, teaching our Year 1 class.

About the role
Join our team to teach a class of enthusiastic, motivated children who are eager to learn. Full lesson plans and resources are provided, along with the support of experienced teaching assistants.
You will deliver differentiated lessons, assess pupil progress, support pastoral needs, and maintain strong communication with parents. Create a vibrant, inclusive classroom where all learners, including SEND and disadvantaged pupils, are supported, challenged, and inspired to thrive.
About you
We are looking for a qualified primary school teacher who is:
• A collaborative team player, eager to contribute to school life and the wider community
• An effective communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
• Committed to staying up to date with educational initiatives and best practice
• Skilled in employing a variety of teaching strategies to meet all pupils’ needs
• Willing to lead a subject area.
