About the role
The Buckingham School’s vision is Success for All; success for our students, our staff and our community. By joining us, you will be part of an establishment that seeks to develop individuals holistically, through our seven school virtues, where personal responsibility and self-improvement underpin all that we do. We are a student-centered school, but The Buckingham Way recognises that our staff have the authority, expertise and passion to bring our vision to life. Our flourishing reputation means that the school is now over-subscribed.
We seek to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our experienced and diverse Math’s Department. Whilst having a real passion for teaching and learning, we are looking for an innovative and committed classroom practitioner who can teach exceptional Math’s at Key Stage 3 and 4 with the skills and abilities to engage and enthuse all learners. Experienced at Teaching A-Level Math’s would be an advantage.
This is an exciting period to join The Buckingham School; we have just completed 2.5 million pounds of renovation work within the school, with more remodelling and renovation of the school premises planned in the near future. Alongside this, we have seen steady improvement in all areas of the school over the past three years and we will continue in our quest to become the community school of choice within the locality. We are ambitious, oversubscribed and our students are fantastic to work with.
Applications are welcome from ECTs as well as experienced teachers. We have a proven track record of support and development and an excellent ECT package is available.
