Overview
We are looking to appoint a kind and caring Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to work in our inclusive and successful village school. Previous experience of working in the Early Years Foundation Stage, KS1 and a knowledge of SEN needs is desirable but not essential. This role could include working with groups or working 1-1 with a child with SEND needs. A level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.

About the role
- To prepare classroom and associated areas for use, setting out/putting away
equipment, apparatus etc. - To participate in the planning process and discuss with relevant members of
the teaching staff programmes for the lesson/ day/ week/ term. - General observation of children, giving feedback to appropriate staff - as
relevant. - To monitor children's progress, or otherwise, identifying particular needs,
difficulties, problems and, to discuss these with relevant member(s) of the
teaching staff. - To promote the positive image of the School within the local community.
