Brill C of E School are seeking to employ a part-time Caretaker/Maintenance Manager on a fixed term contract moving to permanent after 1 year's service dependent upon experience plus contribution to LGPS Pension Scheme

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 2 Point 11-15, FTE £25,625 to £27,770 (actual salary £9030 to £9786)
Contract type: Fixed Term
Hours: Part-time 15 hours per week over 5 days

About the role
Our Caretaker/Maintenance Manager will be primarily responsible for:
- Premises Management and Maintenance
- Health & Safety Compliance, Security
- Grounds and Environment
- Energy Efficiency and Sustainability and Site related record keeping
- Ensure the school buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard of repair and appearance.
- Manage school waste and recycling.
- Ensure appropriate COSHH procedures are followed and substances are stored safely.
