Location: Buckinghamshire County Wide
Overview
Buckinghamshire Adult Learning is part of the wider Education team within Children’s Services. Our mission is to provide inclusive, high‑quality learning opportunities that promote well‑being, build confidence, and inspire people living or working in Buckinghamshire to achieve their full potential.
About us
As the leading provider of part‑time adult learning in Buckinghamshire, we deliver a wide-ranging programme of taught courses and workshops from Entry Level through to Level 4.
Our provision includes:
- Accredited qualifications in English, Mathematics, ESOL, Accounting (AAT), Digital Skills, plus a wide range of Distance Learning courses and Apprenticeships.
- Non‑accredited courses in Community Engagement, Family Learning, Learning for All and Learning for Personal Development.
Each year, around 8,000 learners access our courses across approximately 140 locations, including dedicated Adult Learning Centres, schools, community venues and workplaces. We offer daytime, evening provision throughout most of the year. The service is principally funded through the Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Apprenticeship Levy, and is subject to Ofsted inspection.

- Benefit from ongoing CPD opportunities and clear routes for career progression.
About you
