We aim to support the development of children (aged 11 - 19) with communication and interaction needs including speech, language and communication needs, autistic spectrum disorder and additional learning difficulties.

About the role
In this role, you'll support students from Year 7 through to sixth form focusing on the admissions and transition process of our students as they start their journey into secondary education.
You'll work closely with specialist teachers, support staff, external professionals and families to ensure every student receives the care, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive – both academically and personally.
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children or young people
- Communicate effectively with adults, children, and young adults
- Demonstrate strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
- Be experienced in funding and working alongside local authority
- Ideally have a good understanding of SEND and additional needs
- Have strong organisation, practical and time planning skills to meet deadlines
- Understanding students with additional needs and how to advocate for them
