We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Juniper Team as soon as possible. This is a permanent, term-time only position for 2 days a week on a Monday and Tuesday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Salary is Bucks Pay Range 2/11 which is a full-time equivalent of £25,625 per year.

About the role
We are looking for someone who loves working with children and adults alike. Working in the main reception, you will have the opportunity to represent the school and regularly be the first point of contact.
The role is varied and interesting and no two days are the same. You will join our office team who work well together, are highly valued and essential to the running of the school.

About you
The right candidate will be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a 'can do' approach to work.
You will have a GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, experience of administrative duties within an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is also desirable, as is a willingness to learn the use of other IT systems where applicable.
All staff are expected to contribute positively to the wider school life. Safeguarding of children is the responsibility of all staff; attendance at all relevant training events is expected and will form part of the job role.
