Overview

Widmer End Community Combined School and Preschool are looking to appoint a Pastoral Leader on a permanent full time basis (part time considered). This is an exciting role in which the right candidate will be able to make a significant impact on both pupils, staff and families at Widmer End. The postholder will be a key part in ensuring that pupils' needs are met and that well-being is a priority for all stakeholders at the school.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference to children and want to challenge themselves to keep on improving. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to begin their Widmer End journey making a significant impact on the children and staff and families in our school.

Term time only

Salary type: Bucks Pay

Salary Details: Range 3 (£28,129 - £30,174 FTE)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time/Part-time

Able to demonstrate suitable experience and/or qualifications for working in a school

Able to demonstrate an understanding of children who have SEND and/or additional learning needs
Able to work closely and confidently with families, external agencies and other stakeholders

Highly skilled at delivering interventions across both Key Stages
Flexible and able to work on your own initiative
