Overview
This is a key position within the school offering the opportunity to make a major contribution to the continuing success and development of our school.
We are looking to appoint a permanent P.A. to the Headteacher for 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (term time + 5 training days + 3 weeks during holiday time by arrangement). Salary is paid on Bucks Pay Range 6 - £36,495 - £39,876 per annum with an actual pro-rata salary of £33,337.

Are you?
• Someone who can provide confidential administrative and organisational support to our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
• Able to provide HR support including recruitment activity and safeguarding checks
• Organised, proactive and personable with a wide range of verbal and written communication skills
• Able to demonstrate previous experience, ideally in an educational role
About you
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to provide comprehensive and organisational to support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team including provision of HR support. Proven PA/secretarial experience, ideally in a school/education setting, is essential together with excellent written, verbal and telephone skills. Please see person specification for full details.
