We are now looking for a Support Assistant to join our Early Years team. You’ll work alongside our dedicated Nursery Manager and a friendly, supportive team in a vibrant and nurturing environment.

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: £17,4325 -£18,129 (BPS 6-10)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time. 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6.5 hours per day

About the role
MAIN PURPOSE
To support the Early Years Teacher in the running of the Early Years department.
To act as a key worker for particular groups of children as assigned by the Early Years Teacher.
Complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities suitable for Early Years age children as individuals or groups of children. Observing the learning/play progress of children and assessing, recording and reporting on their achievement and development, including meetings with parents.
