About the role
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive environment, working within clear school behaviour systems and strong SLT support.
- Adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and student needs.
- Monitor and support student progress through feedback and assessment.
- Collaborate effectively with school staff and leadership.
- Teachers taking long-term roles will follow full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking, unless otherwise agreed with the school.
- Cover Supervisors will lead classes using pre-prepared materials and receive full guidance, even if this is their first school-based role.
About you
What We’re Looking For:
- Teachers (Qualified Teacher or equivalent, including overseas-trained teachers), unqualified educators or graduates seeking classroom experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence managing classrooms.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm to work across varied school environments.
- ECTs are also welcome to apply
- Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
