About you
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic individuals passionate about supporting students’ learning and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy and adaptability to work with diverse student needs.
- Prior experience in education or youth support (desirable but not essential).
- Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- You may support pupils 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom alongside the teacher — full guidance provided, even if this is your first role in education.
