Do you enjoy working with children and want to see them reach their full potential. St Marys is looking for a Learning Support Assistant/Key worker to join our fantastic school based in the heart of Fairford. You will need to be flexible and willing to work across all year groups from Nursery to Year 6. Experience is preferable.

About the role

Work may be carried out in the classroom or in a small group withdrawal space.

The role is to support a named child and others within the classroom, enabling access to learning for a specific pupils/group of pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

To work under the direction and guidance of the Class Teacher.

About you

The LSA role within St Marys school is of key importance. You will be responsible for providing the children and teaching staff with the support they need to Shine as Lights in the World.

GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4-5) is essential and experience working as an LSA is preferable.
