The role is Full time and looking for a start date as soon as possible

Salary Details: Range 2 band 12 - £27,770 Full time

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

About the role

  • Cleaning - Ensuring all school buildings and grounds are cleaned to agreed standards and specifications
  • Site and Grounds maintenance - Ensuring the maintenance of all school buildings, grounds, utilities and any repairs are properly carried out
  • Security - Keeping all grounds and buildings secure
  • Porterage - Undertaking various porterage administrative and letting duties
  • Health & Safety - Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations in respect of matters affecting Cleanliness, Security and maintenance of all school buildings and grounds

About you

Good Levels of Literacy and Numeracy, IT Literate Essential, Practical DIY Skills necessary to undertake general Building and maintenance, minor repairs and porterage duties, A practical approach to problem solving, Experience working in a team
