About the role
What you’ll do:
Support class teachers and year groups in delivering high-quality learning.
Help implement literacy and numeracy strategies.
Monitor and support pupils’ progress.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About you
Ideally hold a Level 1 or higher qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
Achieved Grade 9–4 (A–C)* in English and Maths.
Have a positive, proactive, and caring attitude with strong communication skills.
Two roles are available: Level 1 and Level 2 Learning Support Assistant.
