Overview
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated Nursery Keyworker to work alongside our dedicated Nursery team. While the role is initially a maternity cover position, with the exciting new expansion of our Nursery, there is potential to make this a permanent position in a year's time for the right candidate.
It is an exciting time to become part of our Nursery team - we are in the middle of a large renovation and building project to connect the Nursery building to the main school building. The successful applicant will be part of the team who get to set up and work in a brand new, purpose built nursery setting!

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 1 / 2 (FTE £23,996 – £25,625) dependent on experience
Contract type: Fixed Term
Hours: Full-time

About the role
Following our recent 'Good' Ofsted inspection, the staff here are excited for the ambitious plans we have over the coming years. We are committed to continually improving the school, based on educational research and cognitive science. We are at the beginning of this journey and this role holds much scope for any candidate who has an understanding of, or is keen to learn more about, Rosenshine's Principles in Action.

Your qualities:
• A Level 3 qualification is essential
• Be calm and caring and able to make a dedicated contribution to sensitively supporting the needs for all children.
• Be passionate about children’s learning and every child achieving their potential.
• Committed to providing high quality learning experiences for children.
• Be flexible and able to work well within a team.
• Have experience of working with children from a range of different backgrounds
