We are seeing a dynamic Development Director to lead and frow our development fund, preferably with experience in education or the charity sector.
Salary: Range 7, ISN 36 – 40 (£40,835 - £45,072 FTE/£20,871 - £23,037 pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time, Part time – 3 days per week (22 hours per week) (39 weeks per year, term time, plus inset, plus one week) - days to be agreed on appointment

About the role
The Development Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of fundraising and development initiatives to support the school’s mission, growth, and long-term sustainability.
This role is responsible for cultivating donor relationships, securing support and managing campaigns to enhance the school’s facilities and student opportunities
About you
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience
- Maths and English language GCSE grade 5/C
- Member of Institute of Fundraising or equivalent
- Fundraising experience in education or similar
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets and working with donor and CRM databases
- Experience of organising high level activities relating to charity fundraising which requires detailed knowledge from within the sector
