About the role

The role involves:

• the planning and teaching of the Maths mastery curriculum and English curriculum
• the planning and teaching of the creative curriculum
• using our feedback policy to provide impactful feedback to pupils
• working as part of a team to ensure pupils make rapid progress
• proactively and professionally upholding the values and high expectations of the School

About you

The successful candidate will:

• be driven and enthusiastic about ensuring all pupils achieve at least age related expectations in English and Maths
• be an excellent classroom teacher with a secure understanding of the National Curriculum
• have a proven track record in raising standards (adding value) as a classroom teacher
• be able to differentiate lessons and tasks to meet the needs of all pupils to ensure they reach their full potential
• be committed to the journey of the School and work with all parents, staff, pupils and governors
• be excited about being part of the Great Learners Trust and enjoy the opportunities that this brings
• be positive, adaptable and excited by the challenges of a growing school
