Due to the phased retirement of our wonderful school administrator, we are looking for a second fabulous school administrator to work 2 days a week to job share the role.

Salary details: £13.28 - £14.21 per hour (depending on experience)

About the role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to work two days a week (8am - 4pm) as a job share with our current school administrator, beginning September 2025. The role entails daily administrative duties such as responding to and sending emails, writing letters and updating pupil attendance records. You will also be on the front desk; answering the telephone, greeting visitors and parents and delivering late bookbags and water bottles to the children. The role is busy and varied!
About you
You must be highly organised and an excellent communicator with children, parents and staff. You need to be able to multi task, prioritise your work load and work well under pressure. The candidate must be computer literate, able to use basic cloud based programs and confident to learn how to use school based IT programs and the school website. You must be kind and welcoming as you will be the first point of contact for our school. The desired candidate must have high levels of literacy and pay close attention to detail, ensuring that you work to the same high standard as the rest of the school staff. The school's vision and values must align with your own and you must be able to work well as part of a large team. You need to be flexible and willing to muck in with the rest of the team where required, often covering lunch duties and first aid.

Salary is dependant on experience.
