About the role
The Receptionist & Administration Assistant is part of the administration team and will be required to undertake various administrative tasks, including the administration of lesson cover for absent teachers, requiring a good level of IT skills.
About you
We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational Receptionist and Administration Assistant who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the school. As the Receptionist and Administration Assistant you will have excellent inter-personal skills, work calmly under pressure and have a professional appearance. It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.
