About the role

As the Raising Achievement Officer (Interventions Lead Outreach Officer) you will have excellent inter-personal skills, work calmly under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience of working with families who require additional support, and/or children with Emotional-Based School Non-Attendance (EBSNA) or ‘nurture group’ work is desirable.

About you

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational Raising Achievement Officer (Interventions Lead Outreach Officer) to work within the school to promote and improve student attendance, particularly for students with additional educational needs and/or those who are more vulnerable. Their primary role is to support and work with families to ensure regular school attendance and overcome barriers to attending school.
