We are looking for an exceptional receptionist who is able to communicate effectively with our Students, Parents and the whole school community. We require a candidate that embodies our whole school ethos and core values and has a kind and patient demeanour. Job share would be considered for this role

Term time only

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: RGS Pay Range 2 Spine points 11 - 15 £21,694.49 - £23,509.99 per annum (a pro-rata of 24,879 - £26,961)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8.00am - 4.00pm) Monday – Friday

About the role

The role regularly demands the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly whilst maintaining accurate attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role the candidate will be exposed to sensitive matters which we expect to be managed with the utmost discretion and tact.

In addition to excellent administrative skills, the candidate must be IT literate and have the ability to be agile between varying platforms. Previous experience of operating in a school or reception would be advantageous however, a candidate who exhibits enthusiasm to learn is of equal importance.
