About the role

Reporting to the Trips Manager and Finance Manager
Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for all ParentPay queries, providing admin support to teaching staff for UK and Day trips, and recruitment administration, to include obtaining references for new starters and DBS checks.

About you

Successful candidates will have a good standard of education including Maths and English to GCSE grade C or 5 equivalent and prior experience of administrative work in a busy customer focused environment, strong IT skills and experience working in a team and to deadlines.

Prior experience of working in a school environment and SIMS database would be desirable.
