Overview

Pebble Brook School is seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Headteacher whose passion, vision and leadership will guide the school into the future and building on the strong foundations already in place.

We are looking for someone with a clear vision for our Secondary School with SEN experience. They will have the skills and ability to implement this vision in partnership with all key members of the school community including Governors, staff, parents, and children to deliver the highest level of education, achievement and attainment possible for our pupils. Start date is ideally April but will support starting in September 2025 for the right candidate.

About you

We are looking for a candidate currently working, or has experience of working in a Secondary School; this could be mainstream or special School that has experience working with SEN students and EHCP's.

The ideal candidate will continue to uphold the school ethos with passion and enthusiasm being committed to providing a creative, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

You will need to be a team player and collaborator, sharing ideas and strategies with colleagues whilst learning from them. Reflection and solution focused practice alongside consistent leadership is essential. You will be committed to working to meet the individual needs of our pupils in the classroom working at different levels and confident communicating to students and young adults ranging from year 7 to sixth form.
