Due to the continuing expansion of Heritage House School and an increase in learners on roll, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join our outstanding team. This position is term time only (plus 5 inset days). Heritage House school has expanded its numbers to support learners in Buckinghamshire.

About the role
You will be joining a dedicated and talented team, working closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experiences of small groups of learners in a classroom environment. Please see the attached job description for further details about this rewarding role. The role is working term-time only for 33.25 hours per week, with an additional 5 days for training. We welcome applications looking for part-time, permanent and casual hours.

About you
We are looking for someone interested in working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities who is adaptive, creative, enthusiatic and woiuld be dedicated to putting our learners at the heart of everything we do. Ifthis is you, we would love to hear from you. We offer full support through an induction programme and in-house training and mentoring. Experience is desirable but not essential.
