About the role
The post will require supporting children with special education needs within the class, small groups and individually.

· A dedication to raising attainment and progress of pupils with whom they work
· Flair, imagination, creativity, flexibility and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Experience of supporting young children in an educational setting
