Salary details: Actual pay for 39 weeks £21,099 to £26,959 for 37 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week. Part time and flexible arrangements available.

About the role

This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the development of a unique and brand new Key Stage 2 provision at our beautiful woodland site Shortenills - 'Finding My Voice'.

- Rooted in the principles of nurture and forest school, a 1-day per week alternative provision to run alongside a mainstream offer.
- Designed to change lives, this is a unique approach that will support young people to change their narrative and the narrative that others have of them.
- The intervention will take place outdoors or in our yurt. It will run daily with a different group of children each day.

This position will suit someone who:

- is looking to work in a role that is very different to mainstream primary/forest school teaching.
- wants to make a difference through doing things differently.
