Due to our increasing pupil numbers, we are looking for a fabulous individual who holds a Level 3 qualification (equivalent or above) in EYFS to join our wonderful Pre-School team.
You must have a passion for working with young children and understand the philosophy of learning through play.
Start date: to begin on 6th January 2025
Term time only: Yes
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: £24,879 pro rata

About the role
Our Pre-School is run by the school and caters for children aged 2.5 years old to 4 years old. Your time will be spent setting up engaging and exciting play opportunities for our lovely children with the Pre-School teacher, making observations and assessments using Tapestry, delivering small group work sessions and generally interacting, caring for and playing with the children in the setting. You will also be expected to communicate with parents, external professionals and work with staff across the school.

About you
We are looking for a fabulous individual who holds a Level 3 qualification (equivalent or above) in EYFS. Your qualification must be full and relevant as per DfE guidelines so that you can be included in our ratio numbers.
You must be kind, patient and have a passion for working with young children.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and has high expectations.
You will need lots of energy and positivity to work with our youngest children and be prepared to be flexible, as every day is different!
