We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking individual as our Director of MIS & Admissions to join our dedicated team at Buckinghamshire College Group.
The overall requirement of the Director of MIS and Admissions is to lead the day-to-day activities in relation to admissions, enrolment, timetables and registers, exams, reporting systems, the Individualised Learner Record (ILR) and funding compliance.
Term time only: No
Salary Type: The salary ranges from £50,142.00 to £59,870 per annum. Range 10 on the College Pay Scales (pro rata for fractional posts)

About the role
The post holder will be responsible for the College Management Information Systems, expected to lead a high quality service, maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely together to ensure the College strategic aims are met. You will need to be able to provide advice and guidance to curriculum staff and subcontractors in relation to all aspects of funding, and will ensure that the College is compliant with funding guidance and able to meet audit requirements.

About you
What you need to be successful in this role:
· Excellent planning, analytical and management skills
· Comprehensive understanding of FE funding and examination systems
· Knowledge of Management Information Systems within Further Education
