You will work as part of a team of invigilators who ensure that our exams are carried our according to JCQ regulations. Although the main exam period are November, January, April, May and June, the College holds exams throughout the year. We will share the schedule and agree dates with you in advance.
You will assist in the setting up of the exam room, distributing and collecting examination materials prior to and after the exam, supervising the exam and returning all examination materials to the Exams Officer at the end of the allocated time.
The successful candidate will be required to:
An understanding of, and demonstrable commitment to, Safeguarding Children and Young People (Every Child Matters) and Vulnerable Adults
You must have excellent organisational and customer service skills as well as working as part of a team
Excellent time keeping
Good communication skills
