Overview

Do you have experience of working with children in an Early Years setting and the ability to support creative, enriching and inspiring opportunities for learning? Can you work successfully as part of a team?

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated Nursery or Reception Keyworker to work alongside our dedicated Foundation Stage staff team from September 2024. 

Term time only

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 1 / 2 (FTE £23,297 / £24,829) dependent on experience

Contract type: Fixed Term

Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm (32.5 hours per week)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and friendly keyworker who will work harmoniously with our small team in either Nursery or Reception. The staff here are very supportive of each other and we are looking for a like-minded keyworker to join our friendly team. Following our recent 'Good' Ofsted inspection, the staff here are excited for the ambitious plans we have over the coming years.

We are committed to continually improving the school, based on educational research and cognitive science. We are at the beginning of this journey and this role holds much scope for any candidate who has an understanding of, or is keen to learn more about, Rosenshine's Principles in Action. 

About you

• A Level 3 qualification is essential
• Be calm and caring and able to make a dedicated contribution to sensitively supporting the needs for all children.
• Be passionate about children’s learning and every child achieving their potential.
• Committed to providing high quality learning experiences for children.
• Be flexible and able to work well within a team.
• Have experience of working with children from a range of different backgrounds
