About the role

Children learn primarily through play, enjoying a combination of adult-initiated and child-led activities. We are seeking to recruit an inspiring and committed Early Years Practitioner to work with a fantastic and caring team who put our children at the centre of what they do.

You will work alongside experienced professionals inspiring and enthusing the children at the start of their Gateway School learning journey. This position would suit a candidate with a bubbly, outgoing personality who is able to work on their own initiative.

About you

The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating effectively and working with the Early Years team to ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for children placed in Early Years. Our provision is open for 47 weeks of the year. There is a degree of flexibility with working hours which can be discussed at interview.
